When you purchase the performance materials for a piece from this site, it entitles you to use these materials for your performances in perpetuity. But if you wish to share the music with your students or colleagues, they will need to additionally purchase the performance materials in order to use them. The rights to perform the piece do not transfer to others. The music is additionally licesensed and registered by BMI who manage public performance and use.
Purchasing the performance materials also entitles you to modest technical support should there be any issues implementing the materials in a concert. We will advise on issues related to performing electronics and using software. Software may need to be adjusted for a performance and we will support requests for assistance to the best of our abilities. In addition to technology, we will respond to questions regarding score interpretation to the best of our abilities.
